Unknown subjects and analyze thoroughly. Complex issues I explain understandably to non-specialists and
present them figuratively and graphically. To suggestions and new ideas I am open. Teamwork I am used to
as well as to independent work. Exchanging information and ideas is crucial for success in my opinion.
Subjects and details I have not yet mastered I acquire in a proactive way. Being very good at identifying,
prioritizing and solving problems I adress "urgent issues"s first.
Very structured in the objective, I divide solutions into "small work packages", which makes the
objectives achievable and easier to reach. When I see, that my decisions were right and that
things are moving forward that is motivation for me.
With my system thinking and my foresight I ensure optimal interdisciplinary cooperation and efficient
interaction of the individual departements, people and components. As a mediator between business

Negotiating skills
The interlocutor is in the focus. I am a good and active listener. Through targeted enquiries and good
analysis, I can get the point where my interlocutor feels incomfortable. Developments and wishes of my
interlocutor find way into my analyses. I always meet my interlocutors at eye level, because my project
experience on topics such as IT strategy, organisation, Efficiency, management or architecture make me
a professional.
Project Management
For many years I amworking in IT projects. As a manager, I am carrying out and coordinating
numerous IT and Non-IT-Projects. As CIO I cope with all inherent and interdepenent issues.
Experience abroad
In France I studied for almost three years. There I also receive my MBA degree. In England and in
French- and German speaking Switzerland I had sales and project activities.

Photographing and traveling
Since I was adolescence I've been an enthusiastic photographer. To be outdoors in nature while hiking or
mountaineering is a pleasure for me. Cultural trips are a hobby of mine. That's where I get my ideas.
From every trip I bring new images. Unusual persprectives and new perspectives I explore. With size ratios
I juggle. In everyday life, I sometimes take pictures with my mobile phone. But my full-frame camera I prefer.
From individual images I also create panoramic shots and collages.
Already as a adolescence I led a self-organized alpine crossing from east to west. The first part went from
Badgastein to Chamonix. The second part followed later from Chamonix to Nice. In between, I also go to
the summit of the Mont Blanc. With me in my 20 kg backpack I always had my Practica camera with normal,
wide angle and tele lens.
As a student, I led photo expeditions to Scandinavia, France, Benelux, Germany, Austria, Switzerland
and Hungary by car; this time with a Voigtländer camera in my luggage. After graduating with an MBA,
I moved the regional focus of my expeditions to the Far East with focus on China, Taiwan and Thailand.
Sport and games
On week-ends I like to go hiking and mountaineering. With my mountain bike I am also
comming around, not only on the week-ends. To play chess and board games I like.
The special appeal lies in adjusting to the new situations in the game.
This also helps me professionally.
